Core technology, full-stack R&D
Dokivision possesses full-stack R&D capabilities, from proprietary decoding algorithms and embedded firmware to optical structure design. Through our self-developed TurboScan™ engine, we achieve high-efficiency recognition in complex industrial environments.
Optical and hardware design
Lens selection, illumination, aiming and sensor layout are engineered together. That is how a complete 2D engine fits into a housing barely larger than a fingertip.
In-house manufacturing
SMT, optical alignment, assembly and final test run under one roof. Every production lot is traceable from incoming components to the shipped carton.
Four-gate quality control
IQC, PQC, FQC and OQC checkpoints verify each unit against its specification before it leaves the factory, keeping field failure rates low and predictable.
OEM / ODM customization
Interfaces, connectors, firmware behaviour, housing and labelling can be adapted to your device. Our engineers work from your mechanical drawings and protocol documents.
Life-cycle support
From proof of concept through mass production and after-sales service, you deal with the same technical team, with SDKs, configuration tools and integration guides included.
