Do you provide an SDK and integration support?
Yes. We provide configuration tools, command sets, SDKs and reference documents, and our application engineers support your team during integration and testing.
Can you customize a product for our device?
Yes. OEM/ODM work is a core part of our business. Typical customizations include firmware behaviour, data formatting, cable and connector, mounting, housing colour and branding. Contact us with your requirements for an assessment.
Can I get samples for evaluation?
Evaluation samples are available for most models. Send an inquiry with the model, quantity and your application, and our sales team will reply with availability and lead time.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, and products are certified to regional requirements including CE, KC and CCC. Certificates for a specific model are available on request.
